One & Two Oak Park have been designed to be environmentally responsible, cost-efficient, and a healthy place to work. Low-emittance glass on the buildings' exteriors rejects infrared light, creating a cool, energy-saving environment for tenants.

The distinctive park-like campus of One & Two Oak Park features mature live oaks, relocated and preserved during the development of the larger complex. The outer courtyard and exterior landscaping incorporate a water feature and shaded benches, as well as covered canopies located at each entry.
